Human performance is about striking a balance between training and recovery. Ikonic Strength + Performance is dedicated to the development and implementation of programs and strategies to facilitate that balance, improving fitness, performance and ultimately quality of life.
Every ISP program is a multi-phase training system that balances intensity levels with recovery methods. This balance allows you to push your body beyond its comfort zone while giving you the ability to recover, so that you can continuously improve your strength and performance.

How well we move impacts how well we perform. Having the ability to express a functional range of motion and stability in fundamental movement patterns allows us to produce more strength and more power with a resiliency to injury. -
PERFECT THE FUNDAMENTALS:
The fundamentals provide clarity. Regardless of your goals or training experience, the fundamentals work and provide the foundation for continued improvement. Peak performance isn't complicated, it takes execution and consistency. Perfecting the fundamentals will make you better than 95% of the others. -
RECOVERY IS ESSENTIAL:
Dedication to training hard is only part of the equation. We must also be equally dedicated to active rest and recovery. It's the recovery strategies we implement that drive our ability to train hard, avoid injury, and truly enhance our performance. -
